The Process...
Once you have completed our
Relocation Form, your information will be entered into our
Referral Exchange system. You will then be contacted to verify
the information that was entered. Once the information has been
verified and/or updated, you will receive an invitation to pick from
up to 3 of our network agents in your desired area. We use
a combination of technology and personal attention to ensure the
very best match.
Technology...
Our technology ensures that
you will be matched with up to three top-performing agents,
based on your specific needs, within one business day. Most
clients are matched within 2 hours of placement in the Exchange.
Our team of data scientists
have created sophisticated algorithms that match your
requirements with agents in our network who have a proven
capacity to service your unique needs.

As an introduction, my name is Emil Ratti and
I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in
Allendale, NJ. I have been in Real Estate since 2001 helping
Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Landlords.
